The operational W0-W5 plan that drove the arc was never committed — it lived only as a gitignored .claude/plan/ artifact in an orphaned worktree. This commits the durable plan-to-outcome record: phase-by-phase status against the original plan, the unplanned CI-collapse/local-first pivot that consumed the post-ratification session, and the remaining backlog. |
