Sibling reconciliation PR to #104. The four ADRs explicitly called out as the 'current implementation frontier' in PR #104 are already implemented to the same evidence bar as the eight ADRs that PR accepted: - ADR-0094: teaching/source.py + proposal schema widening + migration script; tests/test_proposal_source.py green - ADR-0095: teaching/from_miner.py + miner_loop_closure lane; SHA-pinned in scripts/verify_lane_shas.py; tests/test_miner_proposals.py green - ADR-0098: core/demos/contract.py + adapter surface + demo_composition lane; SHA-pinned; tests/test_demo_composition.py green - ADR-0099: core/demos/showcase.py + public_demo lane; SHA-pinned; tests/test_public_showcase.py green Three of four lanes are SHA-pinned in CI (a stricter bar than several already-accepted ADRs). Local pytest run: 85/85 passed across the four tests/test_*.py files in 17s. Also refreshes docs/decisions/README.md: - flips the four table rows to Accepted (2026-05-22) - rewrites the 'Current frontier' section now that no ADR-0091..0102 entry is unimplemented - enumerates candidate next directions (curriculum proposals, language-specific holdout splits, expert-demo ratification) Docs-only change; no runtime code touched.

Architecture Decision Records
This directory contains the Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for the CORE project.
ADRs record significant architectural decisions: what was decided, why, what alternatives were considered, and what consequences follow. They are permanent records — superseded ADRs are archived, not deleted.

Six lanes are SHA-pinned in scripts/verify_lane_shas.py and gated by the lane-shas GitHub Actions workflow: reviewer_registry, domain_contract_validation, miner_loop_closure, fabrication_control_summary, demo_composition, public_demo.
The next implementation frontier is open. Candidate directions include:
- Curriculum-sourced proposals. ADR-0094 reserved
ProposalSource(kind="curriculum"); a curriculum ADR can introduce it without secondary schema churn. - Holdout splits for language-specific lanes. ADR-0102 currently relies on universal lanes (
inference_closure,fabrication_control); language-specific fluency lanes (evals/hebrew_fluency/,evals/koine_greek_fluency/) need sealed holdout splits before they can attach toreasoning-capableclaims. - Expert-demo ratification. All ADR-0097/0100/0101/0102 ledger rows currently sit at
reasoning-capablewithexpert_demo=false. The next status tier requires evidence beyond the universal lanes.
No ADR currently sits in a "Proposed but unimplemented" state.

Forward Semantic Control closure — ADR-0022 through ADR-0026
ADR-0022 through ADR-0026 form a single coherent chain that closes forward semantic control as a non-stochastic, replay-deterministic, trace-evidenced mechanism.
- ADR-0022 establishes
AdmissibilityRegionand the contract that a region restricts the admissible token set at generation time. - ADR-0023 records proof evidence that the admissibility region is honored at the region-intersection level.
- ADR-0024 adds destination-side per-step admissibility and honest
InnerLoopExhaustionwhen all admissible candidates are rejected. - ADR-0025 adds rotor/frame admissibility when a region carries a
frame_versor. - ADR-0026 replaces static threshold tuning with ranked admissibility and a scale-invariant margin gate.

Pack-layer chain — ADR-0027 through ADR-0045
ADR-0027 through ADR-0045 establish the identity / safety / ethics pack architecture with deterministic remediation, audit completeness, telemetry, operator readout, audit-tour demo, pack measurements, a worked-example medical ethics pack, and long-context comparison measurements.
