# CORE Notes

This directory contains historical design notes, baseline captures, and RFC-era

analysis that are intentionally not part of the runtime package surface.
|
|
|
|
Do not place executable code here. Reproducers and maintenance tools belong
|
|
under `scripts/`, with the note linking to the script when needed.
