Executes Shay's 2026-07-22 rulings on the weekly-audit ledger (T1, T7, T8, T9) plus the execution record for T2–T6 and three new findings (T10–T13).

T1 — convergence-era invariants registered (governance SoT)

AGENTS.md: new "Convergence fail-closed invariants (2026-07)" block — INV-32 (wave-only identity: explicit wave_field required, MissingWaveStateError on absence, no scalar-L2 fallback; identity_wave_gate default-off), INV-33 (dual-pack serve boundary per ADR-0253), INV-34 (typed fail-closed cognition failures per core/cognition/fail_closed.py).
docs/specs/runtime_contracts.md: Identity contract section rewritten to the wave-only call contract (was still showing the pre-convergence signature); new sections for the dual-pack serve boundary, the linguistic-governance fail-closed contract (#96), and the observed-HE morph constraint authority (Stage 4 + #97). All entries name their enforcement-pin test files — tests stay the executable SoT, these are the governance SoT, per the ruling.

T7 / T8 / T9

T7: modality_transition_sandwich annotation folded into canonical ADR-0243 (tombstone updated to match).
T8: PR #97's six declared residuals escalated into the audit ledger as trackable R1–R6.
T9: 6 pre-archive path references across 3 docs redirected to docs/paradigm-archive/ with per-file provenance notes (ADR-0252 §9's own retirement record left as deliberate history).

Execution record + new findings (in the ledger addendum)

T2–T6 outcomes recorded (antigravity salvage doc with full recovered diff; sme2 scripts formalized to rnd/sme-experiment-v2 @ bed29a09 with a holdout_dev/v1 scope pin — the extractor's glob previously exceeded the §5 authorization; 178 local + 204 mirror branches pruned with full SHA stash in docs/analysis/branch-prune-ledger-2026-07-22.md).
T10: suite wrote the live life-store (module-scope fixture escape) — fix is the sibling PR fix/test-engine-state-isolation.
T11: live-store provenance review (test-inflated turn_count; 465 pre-fix candidates) — needs ruling.
T13: main fast lane is red — telemetry_consistency_rate 0.9444: pipeline.run() applies #96 resolve_surface / #97 morph overrides AFTER runtime.chat() emits TurnEvent (core/cognition/pipeline.py:287 vs :470), so an overridden turn serves a surface telemetry never saw. Introduced by e0d1b475 (#96); reproducer and fix prescription in the ledger. Needs its own serving-fix PR.
