Audit pass over the cleanup week (PR #76 → #97), per Shay's directive: verify the old-ADR catch-up work, fix small stragglers, ledger the bigger items.

Fixes in this PR (docs-only)

ADR-0132 — parent-proposal pointer updated to docs/paradigm-archive/ (old docs/implementation/ path was left dangling by the ADR-0252 §9 archive move).
docs/research/ADR-0243-…md — replaced with a tombstone. It was a pre-ratification near-duplicate still claiming Status: Proposed while the canonical docs/adr/ copy is Accepted (ratified 2026-07-17), and the two bodies had drifted. The one annotation unique to the copy (modality_transition_sandwich ingress note) is preserved in the tombstone; file kept so historical links resolve.
docs/adr/README.md — indexed the binding non-ADR ownership note epistemic-taxonomy-ownership-stage3.md, which was referenced nowhere.
New: docs/analysis/weekly-audit-2026-07-22-stragglers-todo.md — full audit record: what was verified sound, the session hygiene performed (4 merged worktrees + 3 merged remote branches removed per merge-then-cleanup doctrine), and a 9-item TODO (T1–T9) for items needing a ruling — headline items: T1 convergence-era invariants unregistered in runtime_contracts.md/AGENTS.md, T2 stale engine_state/ checkpoint warning, T8 folding #97's declared residuals into next-arc planning.

Audit verdicts (no change needed)

ADR status registry matches MASTER-BLUEPRINT-2026-07-20-ADR-MAPPING.md exactly; superseded-in-place annotations (0164/0174/0243/0244) accurate against code; excised dual-mode/L2 symbols absent from core/ and pinned absent by tests/test_stage2_physics_hardening.py; identity_wave_gate still default-off; uv lock --check clean; no new TODO/FIXME markers in the week's diff.

[Verification]: uv run core test --suite smoke -q in worktree core-wt-audit @ 91650874 — 180 passed in 134.78s, exit 0. Baseline main @ f94dbd40 also green (180 passed).
