Records the wrong=0 refinement reached in discussion: wrong=0 is not a binary answer/refuse gate but 'no false presentation of epistemic status'. Practice/ contemplation may explore typed, isolated candidate guesses; served output needs a servability blade with more modes than verified|refuse. Proposes ProblemAttemptSession (PRA) and ServabilityDecision (SRV), sequenced PRA -> REL -> SRV, and traces the idea to the R1/R2/R3/CMB reader trajectory. Session doc, not an ADR yet. |
