## What CORE Is

CORE is a deterministic AI architecture for inspectable, replayable, evidence-governed cognition. It is not a wrapper around a large language model. It is an independent cognitive substrate built on:

- **Zero-allocation execution paths** in Rust and Zig
- **Algebraic coherence** as a hard structural invariant — not a monitored metric
