docs(workbench): refresh READMEs to shipped reality (index + surfaces)
The workbench READMEs were frozen in the W-026..W-031 planning era. Bring them current after the Wave 1 / R / M arc: - docs/workbench/README.md (index): add the 5 unindexed docs (wave-1-evidence- spine, wave-R-mastery-revamp, wave-M-worthiness, b4-leeway-producer-scope, design-system); replace the false "Current Status" (which still pointed at the superseded feat/w026 prototype) with the shipped state + a 14-route surface table; mark the W-026..W-031 queue delivered; note Wave M complete (B+C+D+B4), Phase E + parallel tracks remaining. - workbench-ui/README.md: fix the stale one-line surface list and the "src/routes placeholder components" description (routes are registry-driven in src/app/; routes.ts is the single source). Left the dump-api-schemas.py reference intact (it exists, distinct from dump-schemas.py). - README.md (top level): the workbench section said "eleven routes" — now fourteen, naming Tour, Contemplation, and Calibration and the per-turn pipeline/field/leeway/bundle evidence. Docs-only; no code or gate touched. UI-UX-GUIDE (the routes.docs.test-gated route table) is unchanged and already at 14.

# Current Status
# Current Status (2026-06-13)
The planning package is merged on `main` via `404e694`
(`docs(workbench): CORE Workbench v1 planning architecture (ADR-0160)`).
The Workbench is shipped and well past the W-026…W-031 planning era. The
read-only local API + React UI are real; W-026 (read-only API) through W-031
(replay theater) all landed, followed by the Wave 1 evidence spine, the Wave R
mastery revamp (11 routes + the Replay Moment), and the Wave M worthiness arc.
The prototype branch `feat/w026-workbench-readonly-api` is superseded and must
not be used as the implementation base. It mixed W-026 with frontend and trace
work, added auth and web-framework dependencies before the local read-only
boundary was proven, and included placeholder replay/trace behavior that could
be mistaken for evidence.
**Wave M is complete** — Phase B (calibrated-learning surfaces), Phase C
(cognition legibility), Phase D (guided tour + evidence bundles), and the B4
leeway producer all merged. Phase E (robustness; continuous) and the parallel
tracks (CORE-Logos Studio, the universal proposal envelope) remain.
The next accepted implementation starts clean from `main` with W-026 only:
dataclass schemas, repo-root-constrained readers, a standard-library local HTTP
API, and route/read-model tests. W-027 and later phases build on that boundary
after it is accepted.
Doctrine is unchanged: read-only first, allowlisted execution only
(`/evals/run`, ratify, `/demos/{id}/run`), every surface a real backend reader
(no theater), determinism over persuasion.
