Refactor callosum so that:

  • the only thing it emits into RH is a GeometricDelta
  • malformed deltas are either repaired via exp‑map / projector, or dropped and counted, using the reject‑and‑retain semantics wired into closure.

This makes guarded closure and fail‑closed behavior a load‑bearing API boundary.
